Our Story
Since opening our doors in January 2000, Safe Harbor Women’s Medical Clinic has been a place of refuge for women and families facing unexpected pregnancy decisions. What began as a small medical ministry has grown into a trusted source of compassionate care, accurate information, and practical support for our community.
Every day, women walk through our doors seeking clarity, reassurance, and hope for their future. Here, they are met with kindness, truth, and the love of Jesus Christ in word and action. Through pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, counseling, STI testing, and parenting education, we provide the medical services and practical resources needed to make informed and confident decisions.
Our support doesn’t end after the first visit; we continue walking alongside families in the weeks and months that follow.
Our eight-week Parenting classes continue to support beyond the initial appointment. In an encouraging environment, mothers and fathers learn about pregnancy, newborn care, and early childhood development while building confidence for the journey ahead.
As participants attend classes and complete simple assignments, they earn “Baby Bucks” to purchase essential items in our on-site Baby Boutique. Upon completion, families also receive additional baby supplies, including a car seat and diaper bag, helping them begin this new chapter with dignity and stability.
We believe that when women feel supported and valued, lives are strengthened and futures are renewed. Because of faithful partners like you, Safe Harbor is able to keep our doors open and services accessible at no cost to those women and families who need them most, providing real help, real hope, and real impact, one life at a time.
